We are seeking a talented individual to join our Trade Credit team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. This role will be based in Gurugram. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. - Develop new, nurture existing relationships, and manage the portfolio across.
- Ability to diverse client cultures, including Indian Corporate, Multinational, and PSU clients.
- Understand the client/prospect risks and needs and determine to offer the best service and address their issues and objectives.
- Knowledge and understanding of financials assessment will be added advantage.
- Understanding of Product offerings in reference to Bank Guarantee Structures.
- Capable to simplify concepts and deliver complex solutions.
- Proficiency on claims advocacy and servicing.
- Well versed with different insurers, their strength and weakness.
- Capable of data mining and identifying business opportunities.
- Capable to comprehend financial statements, information, reports and news.
- Capable to use the information to serve clients and convince prospects.
- An eye for detail is an important trait to assist clients and prospects in policy structuring and claim advocacy.
- Capable to open doors of prospects by actively connecting, invoking interests toward offerings of Marsh, designing bespoke solutions and conversion of business opportunity.
- Confident to negotiate and close sales cycle with C-Suite office bearers of prospects and clients.
- 5-7 years of experience in banking industry or with rating agency
- Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service background.
- Ability to manage diverse client cultures i.e. Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients.
- Domain knowledge preferred; if any
- MBA from a reputed B - School
- Proven Leadership skill traits (elected leader in community, school & college). Background of having leadership role.
- Exceptional selling & negotiation skills. Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
- Good networking skills and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, Public Oratory and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Organised, self-discipline and pro-active.
- Good multi-tasking ability.
