Urgently looking for 'sales-hungry' young and talented graduates with O-levels / A-Levels background and the ability to learn quickly and deliver results.Preference will be given to candidates having:
Experience of generating sales through cold calling.
Non-inflicted American or British accent with O & A level educational background.
Experience in handling international clients via telephone, email, and live chat.Must be able to speak and write Western-style English confidently and understand the use of modern English expressions both verbally and through written communication. An IELTS test score of 7.5 or above will be a huge plus.The salesperson must be:
A go-getter.
A self-starter who should be able to provide solutions and close sales.
Capable of developing new strategies for generating new business through cold calling and online platforms.Communicate effectively within the Sales and Production Teams, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that sales and customer objectives are met. Should be able to meet sales targets and deliver under pressure.This is a commission-based job where you can make up to 40,000 to 60,000 per month.
Job Specification• Make telephone calls to prospects.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
• Achieve budgeted campaign DMC rate and specified targets.
• Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis.
• Attend campaign briefings.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our clients' products and services and the objectives of specific campaigns.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Act as a representative of the client and represent their interests at all times.
• Use company script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct campaign calls.
• Provide feedback and input to script and copy development.
• Record details of opportunities and lead notes.
