5. Coordinate project with product team and technical team, provide product improvement strategy;

Job SpecificationOperations Specialist:

1. Daily collecting user feedback and advice to assist the product department to promote product optimization, to achieve the user viscosity, activity and retention indicator;

2. Responsible for VIP users' daily operation work can accurately identify and understand the user needs and clearly express;

3. Through the analysis of user behavior targeted planning operation plan, promotion activity;

4. Analyze and research of different types of user groups, further study of user behavior, and output the related research report;
