Your responsibility is to develop new business and bring in new clients. It is imperative that you are an accomplished Business Development professional with a minimum of 1 year of experience or more working in demanding IT Consultancy and Products services. It is very useful if you have successfully delivered IT business to clients before and have been involved in Business Development initiatives abroad.Job SpecificationCore experience required:Proven track record in IT consultancy services sales, experience in IT products and service sales.

Particular emphasis on new business development and targeting new areas for revenue development.

Strong account management and client development skills.

A good understanding of IT services/consultancy and the ability to build up an in-depth knowledge of company technical capabilities and deliverables, operations, procedures, and customer base in a short time.

Commercial awareness and entrepreneurial flair; spots opportunities quickly and identifies potential risk areas.

Commitment to achieving targets with good personal organization and focus.

High level of written and verbal communication skills - produces appropriate well-structured presentations and proposals.Key responsibilities include:

To identify and develop contacts and create and maintain relationships with key individuals in organizations in the target market to generate sales opportunities.

To work creatively with prospects and Solutions Managers to identify propositions that will meet prospects' needs.

To lead on bids and contract negotiations as required.
