Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate Agile methodologies, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. As a key member of our project management team, you will contribute to the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, promoting effective communication and continuous improvement.Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution: Assist in project planning, defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with business goals. Support the execution of projects according to established plans.
Agile Facilitation: Serve as a Scrum Master for Agile development teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile principles. Foster collaboration and communication within the team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Communication and Reporting: Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Prepare and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, proactively addressing challenges to prevent delays or roadblocks. Collaborate with teams to develop mitigation strategies.
