Python Insurance, PakistanThe Product Specialist is responsible for providing detailed product knowledge to customers. This position coordinates, executes, and manages programs built to effectively retain customers through positive relationship-building, listening to concerns/addressing issues, and educating customers on the value of our products throughout the call. A customer-oriented focus is necessary in order to persuade customers to buy plans.
Job SpecificationCandidates with good communication skills are highly preferred.
Not only good listening but spoken skills.
Capability of working in Night-Shift.
Minimum 01 year Experience.
Minimum education should be Intermediate or advance.
