Intellectual Property Litigation Lawyer - Dublin An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled IP litigator to join a leading law firm in Dublin. This role is ideal for a driven solicitor with expertise in IP law who is committed to advancing their career in high-stakes litigation. The Role The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on major multi-jurisdictional cases. You'll represent renowned clients, including top pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and technology companies. Advising on a full spectrum of IP rights, including patents, SPCs, trademarks, designs, and copyright. The Person Qualified solicitor with 2 - 6 years PQE in intellectual property law. Proven experience in Commercial Court litigation in patent and trademark cases. Strong academic credentials and a high level of analytical, technical, and drafting skills.
