The Role The team advise across a broad range of corporate transactions and tax advisory work. They advise on mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, corporate re-structuring's, private equity investments, foreign direct investment, cross border tax planning, financial services tax including asset financing, securitisations, funds and banking, real estate tax, VAT and tax disputes. The Person Newly Qualified to 6 years PQE from a legal or accountancy background CTA qualified or in process of completing qualification Strong commercial and intellectual understanding of the tax technical aspects of corporate transactions and tax advisory work.
