Currently we are looking for talented individuals with a minimum of 1 year of call centre experience to be a part of our ever-expanding team as Product Specialist. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to guide US clients about our services and contribute to our success.Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Outbound Call Centre Agents to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects, promoting our products/services, and securing sales or appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work independently during night hours.Key Responsibilities :Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products/services and generate sales leads.
Sales & Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to encourage customer interest and secure sales.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify sales leads, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria for follow-up.
Data Entry: Accurately record customer interactions, sales outcomes, and relevant information in the CRM system.
Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up calls and manage a pipeline of prospective customers to maximize conversion rates.
Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the team and management regarding customer responses and market trends.

Technical Requirements:
