Responsibilities Advise on energy regulation, renewables, project finance, and market reform across a range of high-stakes energy projects. Provide counsel on major conventional and renewable power projects, energy storage, interconnectors, and gas and electricity trading. Draft and negotiate commercial agreements for energy transactions, including M&A, PPA, and supply agreements. Navigate regulatory and compliance matters across complex multi-jurisdictional frameworks. Collaborate with government bodies, regulators, and global energy clients on market reform and infrastructure projects. Candidate Profile Qualified as a solicitor in Ireland, the UK, or in another Common Law jurisdiction 2-5 years PQE energy law, energy M&A, or project finance. Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable with client-facing responsibilities in a high-stakes environment.
