We currently have a requirement for a Civil Designer to work on industrial projects for blue chip clients. PM Group offer a hybrid working model, which will be a combination of being based in our Dublin office and remote. Responsibilities Working on the detailed civil engineering design of industrial projects The work will be completed in AutoCAD 2D, Civil3D, and Revit with multiple users involved Creation of Revit projects, Revit families, 2D drawings, vehicle swept path analysis, and the detailed modelling of roads and utilities in Civil 3D Development of drawings and models from Concept stage through BOD, Permitting, Tender, Construction and Handover stages Manage and control the flow of design information for specific projects Coordinate with other designers and BIM team including Architecture, Structural, Electrical, Building Services and Process disciplines Thorough understanding of construction materials and construction methodology Develop and implement innovative digital processes throughout our business Qualifications Level 7 Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent qualification / professional experience) 5+ years' experience with an EPC firm Must beexperienced in the use of AutoCAD 2D, Civil 3D, AutoTRACK and Revit Experience in Navisworks and/or BIM360 is preferable Design experience with clients from Europe and the USA is an advantage.
