As a Junior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our development lifecycle. You'll be responsible for reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely and insightful feedback. Your expertise will shine as you create detailed, well-structured test plans and test cases, while estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities. Identifying, recording, and thoroughly documenting bugs will be crucial, along with developing and applying testing processes that meet our clients' needs. Collaboration is key; you'll work closely with internal teams, including developers and product managers, to identify system requirements and monitor debugging processes to ensure quality outcomes.What We're Looking For:Education: Minimum Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.Experience:Proven experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.Testing Methodologies:Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing techniques.Agile/Scrum Experience:Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes to enhance collaboration.Automated Testing Knowledge:Experience with automated testing tools is a plus, enhancing your testing efficiency.Performance Testing Skills:Experience in performance testing will be considered an advantage.Why Join Us?
