Overview:Join Manna's dynamic team as a UAV Pilot at our new headquarters in Glasnevin! In this essential role within our live operations, you will report to the Central Ops Lead and play a critical role in the safe and efficient operation of our drones. More than just piloting, this position places you at the heart of Manna's operational strategy, where your contributions will directly impact our mission to deliver a seamless, cutting-edge service.Qualifications:While preference is given to candidates who have completed their EU Specific Category course and examination, we provide comprehensive training to all our pilots to meet this standard.Role Purpose:As a UAV Pilot, you are essential to Manna's mission. Your primary task is to ensure our drones fly safely, contributing to an efficient delivery service for our production sites. You will handle multiple aircraft, adhere to our flight procedures, troubleshoot issues, and maintain operational efficiency, with a strong emphasis on safety and consistency.What You'll Do:Operate and monitor aircraft for our production sites.Strictly adhere to inspection and maintenance schedules as detailed in the Operations Manual.Collaborate closely with engineers, reporting maintenance or repair needs.Actively improve operational procedures and checks.Engage in ongoing learning and skill development.Who You Are:Mechanically/technically adept, capable of solving problems independently.Eager to learn about our fleet, understanding the intricacies of drone operations.Committed to the importance of each flight, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.Self-motivated, constantly seeking improvements.Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.Adaptable, with the ability to make quick, safe decisions in varying conditions.An exceptional team player, thriving in busy environments.Willing to travel to other Operations or Testing sites as needed.
