JOB SUMMARY: As a key member of the marketing team, you will lead go-to-market strategies for product activations and adoption of Fresche’s product portfolio. You will be responsible for crisply crafted product positioning and messaging, product launches and campaigns, internal enablement through competitive and market insights, and customer and prospect journeys to extend our leadership in IBM i Modernization. What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and execute go-to-market strategies for the activation and adoption of Fresche’s Software product portfolio to meet our revenue targets.
- Develop product positioning, value propositions, and compelling messaging that resonates with the target audience.
- Plan and execute features of products into product launches and supporting campaigns from development, measurement and reporting to drive conversions, adoption and support retention.
- Work closely with your marketing team counterparts across demand gen, content, brand to craft and execute product cross-sell and upsell campaigns for Fresche’s business units.
- Develop assets that transfer knowledge to the sales channel to support awareness and conversion through high-value content including sales decks, solution briefs, pitch decks, battlecards, guides, education sessions, demos, explainer videos, customer case studies/references and use-cases.
- Be the market eyes and ears through customer and competitive insights to influence our product and marketing strategies.
- Support partner marketing initiatives with development of content for the partner channel.
- 7+ years of product marketing experience with a B2B SaaS company.
- A proven track-record of creating and executing product launches and marketing programs that generate subscription revenue.
- Demonstrated experience in executing product cross-sell and upsell campaigns to grow revenue and support customer retention.
- Superior storytelling and writing skills translating product and technical concepts into value propositions and messaging, content and presentations that deliver business impact.
- Naturally curious and creative in uncovering market insights and customer journeys.
- Highly proficient or experience with Product Marketing principles. Certification in Pragmatic Marketing or SiriusDecisions Product Marketing is an asset.
- A data-first and agile approach to product marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Asana is an asset.
