Mō te whai waahi | About the opportunity We're looking for a superstar Branch Manager to lead the team at our Feilding store. Your key focus will be:

• Leading a high performing team, helping them achieve results and fostering a great culture.
• Developing strong relationships with our shareholders.
• Delivering on agreed objectives and KPIs plus seeking continuous improvement.
• Managing budgets, P&L and financials.
• Continuing to build a strong community environment within the store.
• Taking responsibility for achieving personal and team-based results.
• Jumping on the floor and helping serve customers when needed.

Mōhou ake | About you We're looking for someone with a proven track record of leading successful teams, ideally in a retail environment. You will be highly organised with a strong focus on sales processes. You will also have:

• The ability to build solid client relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Sound knowledge of rural products and services in general.
• Strong commercial business acumen and knowledge of financial ledgers.
• Solid computer skills and enjoy working with up-to-date technology.
• A willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and help when necessary.
