TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager (1 or 2) on behalf of a community homecare service for the Galway and Mayo region.
This is a full time permanent contract and is a hybrid working model - admin can be done from home.
The core hours for this post are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, some flexibility may be required.

As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will oversee the provision of home nursing services, ensuring exceptional care for their young patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support nursing staff in the delivery of care.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
- Maintain high-quality care standards through regular assessments and feedback.
- Adapt to changing service needs and challenges.
- Registered Children's Nurse or Registered General Nurse with at least five years experience in paediatric or complex care within the Irish Healthcare system
- and a minimum of 1-2 years in a management role.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated and dynamic with a commitment to quality care.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience with audit and quality improvement programs would be an advantage.
