We are hiring a Assistant Director of Nursing for a Private Hospital in Cork Ireland. We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality respect caring and compassion are at the center of all we do. fulltime Permanent Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the maintenance of patient safety at all times.
  • Maintenance of effective throughput of patients within the service.
  • Ensuring that workloads are arranged in a manner that maximises the use of resources.
  • Analysing monitoring and forecasting trends relevant to the service
  • Direct and active participation in service planning implementation and evaluation in overall resource management of the service including continuous quality audit and performance measurements
  • Ensuring the application of best practice including the generation of action plans to continuously improve the provision of services.

Requirements

  • Listed in the General Division of the NMBIs live nursing registry
  • A track record of success in senior nursing management finished a management course and/or additional postregistration courses that were pertinent.
  • Expertise in putting service development and improvement into practice.
  • Outstanding leadership abilities combined with the capacity for initiative and problemsolving.
  • The capacity to handle challenging clinical operational and interpersonal circumstances.
  • Gain experience in staff management and the efficient use of bed capacity.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the concepts and procedures of nurse management.
  • Exhibit specialized understanding of Irelands Quality Framework Health Services and possess familiarity with accreditation procedures.
  • proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Computer literacy is required.
