• Develop and execute portfolio management strategies for optimal credit performance and risk mitigation.
• Manage credit impairments by analyzing and forecasting risk exposure, ensuring effective and timely reporting.
• Lead credit origination by setting policies and optimizing credit approval processes.
• Oversee collections reporting to ensure comprehensive tracking of account performance and recovery efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align credit risk strategies with overall business goals.

• Proven experience in credit impairment management, credit origination, and credit risk strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with collections reporting and credit performance metrics.
• Ability to communicate insights effectively and influence decision-making processes.
• 4 years of experience within a similar position.

• BSc in Economics, Maths, Stats, or Actuarial Science.
• CFA advantageous.
