Architect

Job Description

The Senior Architect will be responsible for developing architectural projects from concept design to detailed design. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, project management, and client relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of successful projects and a passion for creating functional designs, developing designs from the conceptual stage to the detailed stage, and a demonstrated experience in coordinating the design with other trades. Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the design and development of architectural projects from the concept stage to the detailed stage.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including MEP disciplines.
• Coordinating the design between the various disciplines. 
• Preparing presentations and attending meetings with Clients. 
• Ensuring adherence to building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
• Strong proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). Revit is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
