Job Description

Audit Coordination: Plan, schedule, and coordinate all COPC audit activities across departments. Ensure that audits are conducted on time and according to the COPC framework’s guidelines. Process Documentation & Maintenance: Ensure that all documentation related to processes, customer interactions, and workflows is up-to-date and ready for audit reviews. Work with teams to maintain records that meet COPC standards. Audit Preparation & Support: Assist in preparing teams for COPC audits by organizing pre-audit meetings, sharing guidelines, and ensuring all stakeholders are aware of requirements. Facilitate communication between departments to gather necessary data and reports. Compliance Tracking: Monitor and track ongoing compliance with COPC standards by reviewing operations metrics, processes, and service levels. Follow up with departments to ensure any audit recommendations or corrective actions are implemented. Reporting: Compile and summarize audit findings, preparing reports for senior management that highlight areas of non-compliance and recommendations for improvement. Track and document progress on corrective actions. Support in Process Improvement: Collaborate with operations and quality assurance teams to support continuous improvement initiatives based on audit findings. Help identify and resolve issues that may affect operational efficiency and service quality. Training & Knowledge Sharing: Assist in developing training materials and conducting sessions to raise awareness about COPC standards and processes among employees. Ensure that teams understand the importance of compliance and the benefits of adhering to COPC guidelines. Data Collection & Analysis: Collect relevant data for audits, including performance metrics, process maps, and customer feedback. Analyze this data to identify trends and potential areas of improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, operations, or auditing within a BPO or similar environment.
  • Familiarity with COPC standards and audit processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple audits and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of coordinating across departments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret data accurately.
