Job details
- 5+ years of hands-on Infrastructure Operations experience in a DevOps environment
- Experience with automation platforms such as Ansible
- Experience with cloud hosting environments such as IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.
- Managing and running SQL databases queries
- Excellent troubleshooting
- hands on in Critical concepts of DevOps and Agile principles
- Familiar with Agile or other rapid application development methods
- Experience with support model, SDLC and Change management
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
- exp in CICD Responsibilities:
- Function as an active member of an 24x7 operations support team
- Remote Support Software Support - assist end users with issues, work with partners to gain access to testing environment. Rep console installation and support.
- Maintain environments and troubleshoot issues
- Responsible for change management in conjunction with changes, enhancements and new functionality implementation
- Leads service restoration bridge calls for application and/or infrastructure outages, collaborating with vendor partners and other technology teams to resolve major outages.
- Provides root cause analysis on production issues and follows up with retrospectives
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure groups to communicate planned maintenance outages.
- Monitor application health leveraging enterprise observability tools
- Slack support channel monitoring and assistance
- Change calendar management
- Configuration management of kiosk devices
- Perform validations post Windows server patching
- Handle ad hoc requests for remote chat for support latency issues
- Certificate renewals and new certificate provisioning
- On call rotation; participate in off-hours support activities as needed
