  • You’re a seasoned traveller with a history of international destinations (and even more on your bucket list!) and you’re the go-to person in your circle for travel recommendations, tips and tricks
  • You’re a team player who is open to feedback on ways to improve your sales processes and are always open to improving
  • You seek out new ways to build on your success and think outside of the box for your customers to find the best travel solution for them
  • You understand the importance of organisation and managing your time effectively to achieve the best result and stay on top of your work
  • You’re not only good at the people stuff, but at the behind the scenes stuff too. Like building itineraries, doing up invoices, operating our complex booking systems and jumping between different programs with a customer in front of you
How you will open up the world for our customers
  • Build dream itineraries for your customers and create lasting memories they’ll share for years to come
  • Share your travel knowledge and make the perfect recommendations for your customer - choosing from a range of different travel options products and suppliers. This includes flights, accommodation, cruise, tours, insurance and more
  • Roll out the red carpet for your customer and create a space where they feel welcomed and valued through active listening, mutual respect and a positive attitude
  • Be someone your customers can trust and share their excitement with, showing them you take your business seriously, but not yourself
Some skills that are desirable for a Amadeus ticketing executive include:
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Good organizational skills
  • Understanding of the travel process flowchart
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus ) is an advantage.
  • Understanding of travel regulations and policies in the UK and US.
