The role aims to be recognized as a trusted advisor to finance team members and other hotel business partners. This role supports the finance lead to retain and train best-in-class finance professionals and assists in developing their finance team. This role ensures a robust control and compliance environment and supports the hotel / hotels to maximize profit and contributes to implement EMEA Operations Finance innovations and projects. What will I be doing? The Cluster Credit Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of the hotel’s Accounts Receivable / OTC department in charge of Credit, Billing and Collection in all activities related to extending credit to customers, billing and collection, maintenance and control of the hotel’s accounts receivables. This role assists the Director and Assistant Director of Finance in any other way deemed necessary for the efficient overall operation of the Finance Department. The role will ensure a smooth operation of granting credit facilities, billing and collection in full compliance with the policy, regulatory and contractual framework. The role will business partner with all hotel finance team members and the Hotel Management team, and develops excellent working relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including Commercial and Operations. The role will support the Finance Lead to develop best-in-class hotel Finance teams, including participation in all relevant Finance development programs. What are we looking for?

Must possess the ability to analyse large amounts of data / information efficiently and accurately.
Ability to learn and perform all essential job functions accurately and safely with minimal direct supervision, within initial training period after employee begins work.
Additional Preferences:
University degree in Accounting or Finance.
Knowledge of Tower operations to include all aspects.

You will be required to perform the following:<br />

Work closely with legal and investor relations teams in preparing information memorandum and associated materials for distribution to potential investors. Assist in the formulation and the implementation of financing strategies, policies and procedures to ensure group-level financial flexibly. Administer Saudi Aramco&#39;s $USD-multi-billion credit facilities, including processing of payments to/from external parties in relation to such facilities. Testing of financial controls and ensuring guidelines and controls are properly followed. Draft and issue credit facility reports to management and external parties as necessary. Working with legal departments in reviewing credit facility agreements. Providing financial support to Saudi Aramco JVs as necessary. Working with Accounting to ensure accurate recording of loan accruals/records. Ensuring compliance with debt covenants and reporting. Train and develop junior professional staff. Work with relevant stakeholders to assess cash funding requirements. Possess a strong understanding of capital markets, investment banking and financing vehicles across the corporate capital structure. Develop comprehensive cash flow forecasts for the corporate group including detailed modeling and sensitivity analysis. Interact with executives across the investment banking community, as well as executive management. Strong written/oral communication skills for executive presentations. Devise hedging strategies to mitigate interest rate risk associated with long-term debt issuances.<br />

Work closely with legal and investor relations teams in the capital markets due diligence process including shelf-registration activities, preparation of information memorandum and associated materials for distribution to potential investors.<br />

Collection Unit is responsible for collecting the company&#39;s overdue invoices of ex-employees and non-employees related to home loans and other receivables including training cost, medical expenses, SRTP unpaid loans and salary adjustment. The Unit&#39;s main responsibility is to trace debtors after receipt of their invoices from payroll and maintain updated records of all outstanding dues against retired, resigned and terminated employees and non-employees and pursue the collections according to the overdue amount for each debtor.<br />

ESCA Group main goal is to protect Saudi Armco&#39;s revenues related to export of crude oil, LPG and refined product; by ensuring that all export sales are protected and financially covered for each particular customer either by line of credit, letter of credit or cash advance prior to process the financial release. The Group is also responsible for ensuring that all Saudi Aramco projects, contracts, purchases, services and local sales are financially protected by Parent Company Guarantee or appropriate Bank Guarantee; either by Performance, Advance Payment, Retention Payment, and Mobilization bank guarantees in accordance with the type of the customers and contractors.<br />

As the successful candidate, you will hold a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or a related field from a recognized and approved program. An MBA or other advanced business degree is preferred and professional certifications, such as a CFA, CPA, or CFP, is a plus.<br />

You will have at least twelve years Treasury experience which includes cash forecasting and cash management activities.<br />

We are seeking a Project Finance Consultant to join the Capital Markets & Financing Department (CM&FD).<br />
<br />
CM&FD is a part of the Finance Business Line in Saudi Aramco and reports to the Treasurer&#39;s organization. Its objectives are to provide expert financial advice to organizations developing new businesses or joint ventures; coordinate the Finance Organization&#39;s overall involvement in such development activities and; obtain debt and equity capital for such new business ventures when appropriate.<br />

Successful candidates will be responsible for providing expert analysis on the project financing and/or structured financing of potential joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions in the energy, chemicals, power and infrastructure business sectors. This position handles large and complex, non-routine financial or banking projects which have little precedent; develops and interprets data used in highly technical and confidential analysis; assists in solving complicated business problems and the development of alternatives or options to mitigate risk and improve performance; and develops polices, programs and procedures.<br />

<b>Minimum requirements</b><br />
<br />
As the successful candidate, you will hold a Bachelor&#39;s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Information Systems, Engineering or Business. An MBA or other advanced business degree is preferred.<br />
<br />
History of career progression with at least seven years of related project finance and corporate finance work experience, preferably in a banking environment or a major refining, petrochemical or energy industry corporation.<br />
<br />
Strong preference will be given to candidates with significant experience in Project & Structured Finance, Export Credit Agency Financing, Islamic Finance, the Debt Capital Markets, and the structuring of bankable commercial agreements.<br />
<br />
Significant exposure to joint venture development of mega-projects, EPC contracts, commercial & partnership Negotiations, financial modeling, economic evaluations, cash flow & variance analysis, project engineering and/or project management experience is highly desirable.<br />
<br />
Ability to quickly establish credibility in the position and to effectively interact with all levels of management, including senior leadership.<br />
<br />
Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix organization and with multi-disciplinary project teams and consultants to effectively and efficiently deliver results.<br />
<br />
Experience in leading and managing teams and/or organizations.<br />
<br />
Negotiation experience with and comprehension of complex legal agreements and banking documents.<br />

This will involve engineering design, procurement and construction of various sizes ($), types and complexity of small, medium to multi-billion-dollar mega projects. <br> <br> Project Management Team manages and executes projects usually from multiple site offices or engineering contractor design offices, geographically scattered throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. <br> <br> The primary role is to ensure that engineering design, procurement, construction and project completion is done in compliance with the project objective and contractual requirements i.e. project schedule, cost, HSE, company standards and procedures. The role also involves review, study, design, and construction of grass root and brown field refining and petrochemical facilities.<br><br><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br><br>You will be required to perform the following:<br> <br>Execute capital projects according to the scope, schedule and budget.<br> Perform complex technical and administrative tasks relative to the Design and coordination of fired heaters, boilers, thermal design, furnace, heat transfer.<br> Provide the technical input and review of the design, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup of facilities.<br> Address technical issues arising in all phases of the project development related to fired heaters, boilers, thermal design, furnace, heat transfer etc.<br> Responsibility for project development: engineering studies, technical bid reviews, preliminary engineering, detail designs, materials procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, handover, commissioning and startup.<br> Review and provide input to the design of the fired heaters, boilers, thermal design, furnace, heat transfer that fully complies with Saudi Aramco standards and specifications.<br> Have experience in the design construction and pre/commissioning of but not limited to fired heaters, boilers, furnace, heat transfer.<br> Manage General Engineering Services (GES) design contractor activities during the development of Pre-FEED & FEED, including definition of project work scope and schedule requirements.<br> Development of detailed estimate leading to funding appropriation and approval.<br> Be familiar with international procedures of Projects Phases, Engineering Phases, Bidding procedures, Procurement Processes, Construction Requirements and up to date Best Practices.<br> Full understanding of contract documents (inclusive of appendices, drawings and specifications), project execution plan, interface management, change management, construction sequencing, standards specifications and project schedule to support project manager and/or company representative in timely completion of projects.<br> Review and resolve day to day contractors' activities related to assigned project work during construction and ensure HSE compliance.<br> Participate in developing piping deliverables and others such as P&IDs, Piping Plans, Data Sheets, Plot Plans, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, simulations, stress analysis, Isometrics, material selection, startup plans, etc.<br> Provide design input in the identification, sizing, selection and procurement of static equipment including fired heaters, boilers, furnace, heat transfer etc.<br> Provide design input to the facilities such as pipe racks, refinery process plants that include, but are not limited to, refining, NGL, petrochemicals and utilities plants.<br> Perform change order scope definition, cost estimation and assist the Project Manager or Company representative in change management process.<br> Review weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the contracts, including project costs and schedule. We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Policy and Corporate Finance Strategy Division at Saudi Aramco.<br />
The Financial Analyst will provide expert financial advice on the mid-long term cash forecast and is responsible for developing policies for the Group Treasury.<br />
