Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer (Manufacturing Equipment) Location: Permanent Role in Galway Industry: Automation Company information: A growing automation company Role Profile Our Galway based client has a permanent role available for candidates with experience in the electrical design of manufacturing equipment. This role is open to candidates with strong English that require a visa. To discuss call email CV to or call Rachel on Qualifications Level 7 degree or Level 8 degree if critical skills visa required Experience with software packages, AutoCAD or Solidworks Electrical or E-Plan 2 years experience in the electrical design of manufacturing equipment Key skills or qualifications: Generation of equipment electrical designs which meet manufacturing, safety, CE, and performance requirements. Work closely with internalengineers to understand their equipment requirements. Work closely with internal and external machine build vendors in order to ensure that any equipment supplied is built according tospecifications and is properly handed over to manufacturing. Ensure equipment solutions are delivered within planned schedules and within budget. Ensure documentation/drawing standards for equipment meet requirements. As part of the design team, this person is expected to work closely with both internal and external specialists to complete equipment related projects.
