• Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to launch new features and products. • Gather and prioritize customer feedback to drive product improvements. • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies. • Analyze financial metrics related to product sales, inventory, and customer behavior. • Collaborate with IT and finance teams to enhance payment processing systems and e-commerce platforms. • Conduct market research to identify trends in fintech applications within the cosmetics industry. • Monitor compliance with financial regulations and industry standards. • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business performanceJob Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 3+ years of experience in product management within the fintech or financial services industry. • Strong understanding of financial products and technologies. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.Apply safely
