Charter Sales ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:Establish Relationships with Private Jet Brokers: Cultivate and maintain relationships with private jet brokers to ensure access to the most suitable aircraft options for clients' needs.Expand Client Base: Proactively research internal and external databases, websites, and social media to build a comprehensive list of potential clients.Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.Manage Charter Bookings: Oversee the entire charter booking process from initial inquiry to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.Network Development: Build an extensive and effective network of contacts both within and outside the organization to support business growth.Decision Making: Make prompt and clear decisions, even when faced with tough choices or calculated risks, to drive business success.Sales and Financial Targets: Consistently exceed sales activity and financial targets through diligent effort and strategic planning.Client Acquisition: Identify and introduce new clients to the market, establishing and maintaining professional relationships to foster business growth.Market Insights: Provide clients with valuable market insights, helping them make informed decisions.Market Analysis: Perform thorough market analysis and share trade ideas with clients to enhance their understanding of market trends and opportunities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required.Minimum of two years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in aviation industry.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions.Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on accountability and ownership.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a demonstrated understanding of relevant functional areas.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per monthExperience:charter sales: 3 years (Required)Language:English (Required)
