The OfferFantastic work cultureWork alongside & learn from best in class talentWork in a company with a solid track record of performanceThe JobOperational Responsibilities:Utilize knowledge of optical aids to advise patients on suitable eyewear solutions.Interpret eye examination results and prescriptions from Optometrists and Ophthalmologists.Assist patients in selecting frames, considering factors such as weight, materials, styles, and colors.Recommend appropriate lenses, coatings, and frames to meet customers' specific needs.Take accurate measurements to determine suitable frame types and styles for individual patients.Maintaining brand standards and guidelines. Adjust frames to ensure proper fitting and comfort for patients.Prepare orders for glasses and contact lenses, verifying prescriptions, lens thickness, and other specifications.Ensure accuracy in processing orders for eyewear products.Provide guidance on caring for eye equipment and maintaining eyewear.Perform frame adjustments, repairs, and replacements as needed.Refer patients back to optometrists for further vision tests when required.Meet sales targets with regard to selling frames and contact lenses.The ProfileQualifications:Licensed Optician by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties is a must.Proven experience as an Optician in a retail or optical settingIn-Depth knowledge of vision correction, frame styling, lens types and coatings.Proficiency in performing accuracy measurements.Strong Customer service skills with the ability to establish and build lasting relationships.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.The EmployerOur client is Asia's largest omnichannel retailer and manufacture of premium quality and contemporary eyewear. .
