Cofina is looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Configuration Lead to evolve the configuration, integration, and data load in Employee Central, Onboarding and Recruitment modules, and train and oversee a team of analysts and junior configurators. The perfect candidate will have to be proficient in configuration, data analysis, data loading, process optimization, access configuration and have experience in software development in an Agile environment. You will be part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for the global management of the SAP platform, starting with the 3 above-mentioned modules and soon expanding to more. Technical skills are important, but we also value soft skills and motivation. You will need to be a strategic problem solver, be pedagogic in your approach toward the IT team and the business users and have excellent written and oral communication skills. Also, you will work with other team members to ensure that our solutions align with the corporate goals. You will join a growing and dynamic team with multiple opportunities for learning and growing. On-site - Hybrid Responsibilities : Lead and configure the Recruitment, Onboarding and Employee Central modules. Coach and supervise the SF juniors' analysts. Design, implement and evolve access levels. Collaborate with the Data Analyst for the Data loads in SF. Collaborate with the Architects on integrations (SaaS and in-house solutions). Troubleshoot Level 2 and 3 incidents on the platform and collaborate with SAP. Collaborate with Business Analysts to collect and analyze business requirements on a continuous basis across all departments using the SuccessFactors Platform. Serve as business an IT Ambassador to the business. Provide direct and transparent communications and reporting to your manager and the PMO. Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development and iterations. Perform KPIs collection and analysis for the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties. Collaborate on daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems. Requirements : Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. 3+ years of proven experience configuring the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding and Recruitment modules. 3+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable items. Self-managed and result driven personality with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent work ethics and hierarchical understanding.
