As we rapidly expand, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. This role is open to all individuals with full working rights in Australia, including those seeking remote opportunities. What you will do:
- Architect Innovative Solutions: Design and develop architectural solutions for various projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Create and Document Blueprints: Develop detailed architectural blueprints and documentation to guide development teams and stakeholders.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Present architectural plans and solutions to product stakeholders, facilitating discussions and incorporating feedback.
- Collaborate with Team Leads: Work closely with team leads to ensure architectural solutions align with project goals and team capabilities.
- Integration Planning: Plan and oversee the integration of new systems with existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and minimal disruption.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to determine their applicability and potential value to the organization.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability, ensuring solutions meet quality standards.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure architectural solutions comply with industry standards and security best practices, addressing any potential vulnerabilities.
- Mentoring and Training: Support team members in developing their skills and understanding of architecture principles.
- Extensive Development Experience: A strong background in software development with a deep understanding of software architecture principles and a proven track record of leading development teams. At least three years of experience in solution architect roles is required.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in the latest technology stack, including React, .NET, MongoDB, and cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS.
- Architectural Skills: Demonstrated experience with Microservices Architecture (MSA), Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and/or Event-Driven Architecture.
- Collaborative Experience: Experience working in a team environment and contributing to the delivery of multiple products or systems.
- Communication Excellence: Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage and align diverse stakeholder interests, balancing technical and business perspectives.
- Documentation Skills: Proficient in creating clear and concise technical documentation that can be easily understood by various audiences.
