  • Website Management and Optimization
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring all products are accurately listed with up-to-date pricing and descriptions.
  • Optimize product pages for search engine visibility (SEO) and user experience, improving site performance, navigation, and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless website functionality, including product availability, cart functionality, and checkout process.
  • Product Management
  • Upload and maintain product listings, including images, descriptions, specifications, and prices.
  • Ensure accurate inventory levels are reflected on the e-commerce platform to avoid stockouts and backorders.
  • Monitor product performance and make recommendations for product updates or removals.
  • Order Processing and Customer Service
  • Oversee order processing from order confirmation to shipping, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders, returns, or product concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer reviews and feedback, addressing any complaints or issues promptly.
  • Digital Marketing Support
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns, including email marketing, paid ads (PPC), and social media promotions to drive traffic to the e-commerce site.
  • Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to improve results.
  • Support SEO and content strategies to increase organic traffic and improve site rankings.
  • Sales Analytics and Reporting
  • Monitor sales data, website analytics, and customer behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, product performance, website traffic, and marketing campaign results.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall e-commerce performance.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination
  • Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure that products are in stock and orders are fulfilled on time.
  • Track product shipments and resolve any issues related to delays or discrepancies.
  • Promotions and Pricing Strategy
  • Plan and manage promotional campaigns, including discounts, sales events, and product bundling, to boost conversions.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and trends, adjusting pricing strategies to remain competitive in the market.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing.
-Skills:

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and content management systems (CMS).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and other e-commerce tools.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
