- Website Management and Optimization
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring all products are accurately listed with up-to-date pricing and descriptions.
- Optimize product pages for search engine visibility (SEO) and user experience, improving site performance, navigation, and conversion rates.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless website functionality, including product availability, cart functionality, and checkout process.
- Product Management
- Upload and maintain product listings, including images, descriptions, specifications, and prices.
- Ensure accurate inventory levels are reflected on the e-commerce platform to avoid stockouts and backorders.
- Monitor product performance and make recommendations for product updates or removals.
- Order Processing and Customer Service
- Oversee order processing from order confirmation to shipping, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders, returns, or product concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer reviews and feedback, addressing any complaints or issues promptly.
- Digital Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns, including email marketing, paid ads (PPC), and social media promotions to drive traffic to the e-commerce site.
- Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to improve results.
- Support SEO and content strategies to increase organic traffic and improve site rankings.
- Sales Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor sales data, website analytics, and customer behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, product performance, website traffic, and marketing campaign results.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall e-commerce performance.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure that products are in stock and orders are fulfilled on time.
- Track product shipments and resolve any issues related to delays or discrepancies.
- Promotions and Pricing Strategy
- Plan and manage promotional campaigns, including discounts, sales events, and product bundling, to boost conversions.
- Monitor competitor pricing and trends, adjusting pricing strategies to remain competitive in the market.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and content management systems (CMS).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and other e-commerce tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
