Location: This position can be based anywhere in Australia, within driving distance of genU's operations. Employment Status: Full-time preferred; open to 0.8 FTE. Salary: $115,000 - $121,000 p.a. + 11.5% super | Negotiable based on skills and experience. Not-for-Profit Benefits: Salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum each FBT year, plus additional meals and entertainment benefits up to $2,649 p.a. Work Flexibility: Hybrid role with remote work options. About the Role: As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in advising senior leaders on strategic financial decisions and driving the financial performance of the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with Leaders: Act as a trusted advisor to Business Unit teams, providing financial insights and guidance to enhance performance.
  • Leading & Inspiring: Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, ensuring financial targets and business objectives are met.
  • Driving Strategy: Support business units in achieving their strategic goals, managing the budget and forecast cycles, and providing commercial and financial analysis.
  • Delivering Excellence: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial and operational performance to key stakeholders.

  • CA/CPA qualified
  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
  • Experience in leading high-performing teams and driving change
  • Strong ability to communicate complex financial information
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft applications, financial systems, and reporting
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion or willingness to complete
Desirable:
  • Significant experience in similar roles
  • Knowledge of risk management principles
