We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to oversee and manage our presence across various social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a social media strategy that aligns with our business goals, manages content creation, and tracks performance across all channels. The ideal candidate will work closely with our product and sales teams, ensuring cohesive communication and brand representation. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness.
- Create and manage campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to increase engagement and sales.
- Engage with customers and respond to inquiries through social media channels (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Monitor social media platforms for trends and insights to improve content and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create relevant content and visuals.
- Track social media performance using analytics tools and optimise campaigns based on insights.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align social media efforts with sales strategies.
- Experience in social media management and running Meta campaigns (Facebook, Instagram).
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand identity.
- Basic understanding of sales strategies and customer acquisition.
- Proficient in social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with YouTube channel management and video marketing is a plus.
