As an Analyst at Monocle your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Absorb and process information sufficiently in order to deliver to our clients requirements.
- Perform tasks in a timely and effective manner, aligned to the specifications.
- Solving industry specific problems.
- Conducting business analysis and documenting requirements.
- Performing data analysis tasks on large data sets.
- Design and implement management reports and dashboards.
- Write, read and analyse various computer programming languages.
- Engaging with Monocle clients.
- Continuously developing business knowledge and technical skills in the areas in which Monocle provides consulting services.
The successful candidate must:
- Hold a relevant degree with strong preference for a post graduate qualification.
- Have a strong academic track record.
- Have a keen interest in working with banks and insurers.
- Have some experience in the financial services industry will be advantageous.
- Have a strong desire to learn and upskill subject matter knowledge and technical abilities.
- Have good technical and programming skills are advantageous.
- Be on their way to a professional qualification in finance and risk management such as CFA and/or FRM is advantageous.

Meet with our P&C Executive to ensure alignment of expectations and discuss next steps.Step 5: C-level Interview
A discussion with either our CEO, COO or CFO on various topics.Step 6: Finalisation
