Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor Social Media channels for mentions, comments, and direct messages related to the Company or Brand.
  2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
  3. Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues raised on social media, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  4. Provide regular reports on social media metrics, customer interactions, and feedback to assess performance and inform improvement strategies.
  5. Assist in the implementation of social media campaigns and promotions to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.
  2. Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist on different platforms.
  3. 5 years of experience in customer service and 2 years at the same level.
  4. Proficient knowledge of customer service and standard office practices and procedures.
  5. Proficient computer skills.
  6. Proficient standard office equipment skills.
  7. Strong people skills.
