Job details
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
- Attend marketing huddles to align on strategies and tasks.
- Create engaging content for blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and SMS campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
- Manage leads using CRM tools, preferably Zoho, and track interactions to ensure timely follow-up and conversions.
- Monitor social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) for engagement opportunities and respond to comments and messages.
- Generate and analyze performance reports on campaigns, website traffic, and social media engagement to inform future strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Produce engaging video content and develop comprehensive digital marketing plans.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing events and promotions to enhance brand visibility.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing roles, with a focus on both digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Creativity in content creation and familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
