A vibrant working environment, committed to professional development with a strong sense of purpose, all of which is reflected in their low staff turnover.As a Business Intelligence Analyst / Customer Support Manager for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Israel, you will support the allocated Affiliates with Business Intelligence and Customer Support in key responsibilities. As such, you will lead, develop and manage the countries' Learning and Development provision, including:Including but not limited to CRM, Veeva Promo-Mats, Qlik Sense, Board and Sales and Activity reporting & dashboards.Problem solving and supporting the end user in optimizing the use of the systems/solutions to enable effectiveness and efficiency in their business area. Applying due diligence in follow-up of implemented solutions to ensure they meet customer quality standards.The ideal qualifications and experience are:Degree/Masters/PhD university degree in Science/Business/Computing desirableFluent in Arabic and EnglishProven ability to work both within a team and independently.Ideally understanding of CRM systemsIdeally knowledge of BI tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, etc)Ideally experience of using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Tools such as SynapseIdeally experience in the pharma industry.Excellent Basic plus car allowance, healthcare, pension + bonus.To find out more please apply online or call CHASE on 0131 553 6644 for further information.
