Job Title: Branch ManagerLocation: UAERequirements:Experienced Branch Manager holding UAE Visa and UAE Driving License, preferably with MBA.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all aspects of the branch, including sales, operations, and customer service.Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Build and maintain strong customer relationships, handling any escalated issues or concerns.Train employees and evaluate their performance.EducationGraduate preferably with MBA or ACII in Insurance.ExperienceMinimum 07 years of experience in the Insurance Industry.Key SkillsStrong knowledge of insurance products, services, and regulations.Excellent leadership and people management skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to make quick and sound decisions even in high-pressure situations.
