Dream is looking for an Enterprise Solution ArchitectThis is a position within Dream's Transformation & Technology team that will play a significant role in shaping & guiding Dream's long-term technology design and decisions on major systems. Our ideal team member has significant knowledge and experience with JD Edwards implementations and upgrades, as well as the integrated technologies.What Will I Do?Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role:Lead a technical team focused on executing against the strategies of IT and the organization, ensuring delivery targets are met collaboratively.Provide insights and recommendations to Dream's technology roadmap and lifecycle, offering early awareness into disruptive technologies and external influences.Work closely with Business Analysts by reviewing specifications and providing feedback and guidance on design solutions within the SDLC framework.Define architectural policies and standards guiding IT and lines of business within Dream to make appropriate technology decisions.Collaborate with IT teams (PMO, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, ERP Helpdesk) to ensure consensus and operational handoff on business/technology initiatives.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Incorporate lean agile principles in all IT projects.Key member in maintaining responsibility for third-party resources' management and performance. (ie. Syntax)Assist with daily operations and functionality of the applications within the production support area, resolving production problems and errors.Engage and maintain a positive, collaborative relationship with all types of stakeholders, internal and external, from senior to operational levels.The Enterprise Architect will also have a broader view of the entire portfolio of applications used by the Dream Group of Companies and will play a significant role in defining how our overall corporate data is integrated together to provide 'one version of the truth'. In addition, the successful candidate will have experience with the consolidation of data into an Enterprise Data Warehouse with Business Intelligence Reporting. In this regard, the candidate will be able to support the business regarding how to make the most of its financial and operational data to support the decision-making process.What Knowledge Do I Bring to This Role?Experience: minimum 10 years overall within technology.Knowledge in the following systems is essential:5 years of JD Edwards system administration with underlying architectural framework (CNC)5 years acting as an architect engineering solutions for business initiatives utilizing MS stack technologiesDeveloped solutions integrating into a JDE E1 backbone landscape from heterogeneous data sourcesDeep knowledge of infrastructure components, virtualization technologies, middleware / and SaaS/PaaS/IaaS solutionsSolid understanding of data management principles, including data governance, data privacy, and data analytics.Advocate change for the organization based on adopting the latest technologies from concept to creation.Exceptional verbal and written communications skills. Communicate well with technical coworkers but also skilled at helping business people understand technology decisions in a way that is concise, logical, clear, and complete.Experience with the following will stand out:Cloud technology foundation for E1 (Microsoft (Azure))E1 Development in 9.xIntegration Technologies (ie. Boomi or other)Real-time integrations with enterprise-grade, 3rd party cloud-based applicationsMicrosoft SQL / Data WarehouseBusiness Intelligence SolutionsCommonly used applications within the Construction and Real Estate verticals (Hyphen, VTS, VersaPay, Argus, Angus, Coupa)GoAnywhereReportsNow, Microsoft Power BIUiPathYardiWorking knowledge of any of the JDE E1 modules (eg.
