Digital Marketing SpecialistJob Description:Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.Manage social media presence, create content, and engage audiences.Plan and implement email marketing campaigns.Conduct market research, analyze data, and optimize campaigns.Create and optimize digital content (e.g. blog posts, videos).Manage paid advertising (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads).Monitor and report on website analytics and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. sales, product).Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.Ensure brand consistency across digital channels.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.2 years of digital marketing experience.Certification in digital marketing (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot).Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (e.g. social media, email, SEO).Familiarity with content management systems (e.g. WordPress).Excellent creative, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.Job Category: OperationsJob Type: Full TimeJob Location: Dubai
