Job Responsibilities: As the Marketing Director, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and launch of a strategic rebranding effort across the company. You will be responsible for enhancing both internal and external brand awareness, ensuring alignment with the companys identity and goals. Your key responsibilities include: Strategic Rebranding: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive strategic rebranding effort. Collaborate with the executive team to ensure the rebranding aligns with overall business objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with departments across the organization to gather insights and perspectives on the brand. Ensure consistent brand messaging and representation through collaboration with various departments. Brand Governance: Establish and implement brand governance policies and guidelines. Ensure adherence to brand standards across all communication channels. Communications Planning: Develop a detailed communications plan for the rebranding effort. Communicate key milestones and updates to internal and external stakeholders. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Experience working with executive teams on brand strategy. Familiarity with diverse industries and markets. Certification in brand management or related field.
