Position Overview: We are seeking an organized and proactive IT Administrator to support Lucey UK’s IT department, streamlining administrative tasks to ensure smooth operational functionality and enhanced productivity. This role will oversee essential administrative tasks across our various online platforms, support daily IT needs for our staff, and facilitate secure, efficient service access for our teams. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in managing IT accounts and services, along with a strong focus on supporting user needs. Key Responsibilities: Microsoft 365 Administration:
- Manage users, teams, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, aliases.
- Handle licensing and billing processes to maintain seamless access for all users.
- Oversee STRIPE payment gateway administration.
- Manage shared payment methods to ensure all online service payments are up-to-date.
- Maintain administrative oversight on social media accounts (Meta, Twitter/X, Pinterest).
- Administer and support Shopify, Hubspot, and Mailchimp for e-commerce and marketing functions.
- Manage user accounts on other critical platforms including Salesforce and Linnworks.
- Ensure secure access and maintenance of corporate websites, including Superfood Market, ArtGallery, and other Lucey UK sites on Shopify, Zeew, Fasthosts, AWS, GCP, and Wix.
- Oversee password management using tools like Google Sheets and Bitwarden.
- Manage Fasthosts VPS backups to secure and preserve data integrity.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding, including email and OneDrive setup, VOIP access, and account provisioning.
- Provide frontline support for general IT product and technology-related issues for staff.
- Assist with user queries on internal web applications like IMS frontend/backend and the idappcom website.
- Proven experience in IT administration, with familiarity across multiple platforms such as Microsoft 365, STRIPE, Hubspot, Salesforce, and various social media platforms.
- Knowledge of account setup, user management, and basic troubleshooting.
- Experience with backup management and data security protocols.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on user support and issue resolution.
- Good communication skills to work across teams and handle diverse technology queries.
- Experience in VOIP and AWS/GCP administration (or willingness to develop these skills over time).
- Previous experience in a remote or hybrid IT support environment.
