Customer Service Sales

Job Title: Customer Service/Sales Representative (Automotive) Location: Damansara City Mall Salary Range: RM 2500 RM 3000 per month Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team at Damansara City Mall. As a Customer Service/Sales Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling automotive products to our customers. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers responding to their inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner
• Sell automotive products including car accessories auto care products and other related items
• Meet and exceed sales targets and customer service standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Stay uptodate with product knowledge and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of sales customer interactions and inventory management

• Diploma or degree in Marketing Business or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with high energy levels
• Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work towards goals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

• Experience in the automotive industry or related field
• Knowledge of car accessories auto care products or other related products
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and sales strategies
