Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Site Engineer at SDPM International in Kuwait. The Engineer will be responsible for MEP coordination, managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for projects, overseeing project management tasks, and ensuring compliance with international standards. Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience working as MEP Site Engineer on project sites in Kuwait.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
- KSE Certified.
- Relevant certifications in MEP or Project Management are a plus.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) skills.
- Experience in MEP Coordination and Building Services.
- Plumbing and Electrical Engineering expertise.
- Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Experience in overseeing MEP installations, coordinating with construction teams, and conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure the successful implementation of MEP designs within specified timelines and budgets.
- Proficient in CAD software to develop detailed MEP system drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Skilled in communication and collaboration to interact with architects, structural engineers, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth integration of MEP systems.
