Summary of the General Manager role: Lead Al Mulla Electronics Company in Kuwait, driving sales, after-sales, and client satisfaction, while growing market footprint and profitability, through effective team management and strategic planning. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional solutions, optimizing resource use, and managing business unit budgets to maximize profitability. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver exceptional solutions, grow market footprint, increase client satisfaction, and enhance profitability.
  2. Develop and implement AMX strategic plans aligning with Al Mulla Group objectives, identifying new growth opportunities, and driving market penetration.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and resources for success and professional development.
  4. Cultivate enduring relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and providing solutions that satisfy or surpass expectations.
  5. Manage business unit budgets, expenses, and economic performance to maximize profitability and return on investment, identifying operational excellence opportunities, and implementing adequate financial controls.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields, with executive training in business management preferred.
  2. 15-18 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business management in consumer electronics, home appliances, and HVAC systems industries, with substantial experience at a managerial level.
  3. Demonstrated history of effective management and team leadership achievements, in-depth expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, risk management, and solutions strategies.
  4. Comprehensive understanding of business operations, including sales, management, finance, and controlling, superb communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship management skills.
  5. Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, industry experience, and thorough understanding of Compliance Regulations related to anti-bribery and corruption.
