We would be nowhere without a successful sales team. We're seeking a qualified sales representative to help sell the products and services that our customers rely on. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.Often tasked with giving presentations and attending networking events and trade shows, the sales representative must be both personable and professional.ResponsibilitiesAchieve sales targets and deliver growth by regularly visiting customers to provide best in class service.Utilize reports, trainings, samples, hardware/software to effectively manage the customer relationship and enhance sales effectiveness.Cultivate existing customer base with regular visits to their location, while continuously prospecting for new potential in the market.Submit weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics to leadership in order to further develop and support growth strategies.Regularly visit customers to ensure brand visual merchandising.Must Have5+ years (min) of direct sales experience with a proven track record of results.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proven sales performance and ability to increase revenues.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships.Excellent training and presentation skills.Nice to haveExperience in writing online content.Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.What's great in the job?Great team of smart people, in a friendly and open culture.No dumb managers, no stupid tools to use, no rigid working hours.No waste of time in enterprise processes, real responsibilities and autonomy.Expand your knowledge of various business industries.Create content that will help our users on a daily basis.Real responsibilities and challenges in a fast-evolving company.Each employee has a chance to see the impact of their work.
