About Us: PW Thermal Building Solutions Ltd specialise in the supply of External Insulation and Render Products to Home Retrofit Contractors nationwide. We are looking for a Home Surveyor with experience in Irish construction methods to join our team. Role Overview: The Rolewill involve visiting Homes in the Dublin and the Greater Leinster Area to Measure the External Wall Area of the Home for the supply of the External Insulation and Render Products required. Additional Survey items will include current ventilation, ESB and Gas Connections as well as the specific measurements of the newly required Window Cills. This role requires both practical and technical skills, as well as a hands-on approach. Key Responsibilities: Arrange and visit the home to conduct survey. Answer Queries from the homeowner in relation to the works. Calculate the required materials for the project and input to computer system. Full training will be provided. Essential Requirements: Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel. Minimum of 2 years experience in construction or related fields. Full, clean driving licence. Fluent Spoken and Written English. Desirable Skills: Accurate property surveying / measuring. Strong understanding of construction materials and building services. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Good verbal, written, and customer engagement skills. Ability to manage deadlines and high workloads efficiently. All applications will be handled with strict confidentiality.
