Provide personalized care and support for patients and families. Treat people with dignity, compassion, and respect. Educate patients, families, and caregivers to promote recovery. Follow procedures and policies, ensure compliance and safety in laboratory testing. Perform manual and automated procedures, and assist in training and quality control. Maintain equipment, supplies, and inventory. Participate in educational programs and communicate effectively with staff and management. Report abnormal results and optimize personnel resources. Develop and modify policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of patient information. Treat patients with compassion and person-centered care. Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized care and support for patients and families

- Treat patients with compassion and person-centered care
- BSc Degree in Medical Technology, Science or equivalent
- Successful completion of Saudi Arabia Ministry of Health requirements for licensure
- Four years of experience in laboratory services with a minimum of four years in directly related capacity
- Employment history must be continuous over the past five years
- Proficient in problem solving
- Good English communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Experienced in any or all fields of laboratory science: Blood Banking, Microbiology, Hematology, Chemistry and Clinical Pathology
- Proper, effective and compassionate communication
- Positive attitude and specific ideas for department contributions
- Consistently available and completes work on time
- Supportive attitude toward change and willingness to try new ideas
- Willingness to work well with others and collaborate effectively
