Summary We are seeking a skilled Senior Solution Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, documenting and supporting clients in implementing complex solutions that meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex solutions that meet the needs of our clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are aligned with business objectives
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and implementation plans
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their use
- Participate in the development of project plans and timelines
- Provide technical support to clients as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture
- Experience with cloud architecture and services (e.g. Google Cloud).
- Experience implementing solutions in line with ISO 27001 standards
- Experience dealing with Enterprise clients and Architecture teams
- Experience with Contact Centre’s technology and people
- Proficiency in microservices architecture, APIs, and integration strategies.
- Knowledge of data management and security best practices.
- Strategic and solution-oriented thinking.
- Technical leadership and mentorship.
- Customer-focused design and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Adaptability to rapidly evolving technologies and project requirements.
