Title: ServiceNow Developer Location: 100% Remote Salary: ₹12 - 15 Lakhs per annum (can go higher for more experienced candidates) Contract Option: Available for candidates preferring contract, compensation in USD Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ServiceNow development. Proven experience with the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module, including end-to-end implementation. At least one ServiceNow certification, preferably related to HRSD or ServiceNow development. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including UI customization, workflow automation, and integration with third-party systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Additional ServiceNow certifications. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules and their integrations. Prior experience working on projects for global enterprises.
