Job details
Working closely within the business to identify and manage legal risks. Ensuring that the business enters into commercial arrangements (including ICT and IP) on terms that are acceptable. Negotiating, drafting and vetting commercial agreements. Providing legal advice to the business.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Relevant Law/Legal Degree and Admission in relevant jurisdiction (South Africa).
- Minimum 5 years’ post admission commercial law experience in negotiating, drafting and vetting commercial agreements including software, technology, digital services and Intellectual Property transactions and agreements.
- Risk management (including regulatory and compliance) and corporate governance experience.
- Between 5 - 7 years of experience.
